Job Title

A global company with a focus on VoIP Systems and services, our client delivers a range of solutions to Telecommunications carriers, ISP's and corporate consumers throughout Australia.

They require an energetic Technical Support Engineer to support and maintain the company's VoIP systems and Platforms within Australia.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

  • At least 5 years experience in Telecommunications.
  • Thorough understanding of VoIP, SIP, Unix, MGCP, SNMP, Linux, Apache and Tomcat.
  • Familiar with Session border controllers and Network Address Translation.
  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
